Guarantee of lawful and secure processing of personal data

Right to access/rectify/erase your personal data

If Woodstoxx NV processes your data, you also have the right to access the personal data that has been collected. If you wish to exercise your right of access, Woodstoxx NV will comply with this request within one (1) month of receiving the request. The request must be made by registered letter.
Inaccurate or incomplete personal data can always be corrected. It is up to the User to correct any inaccuracies or incompleteness in the first instance. You can exercise your right to correction by providing an additional statement to Woodstoxx NV. Woodstoxx NV will comply with this within one (1) month of receiving the additional statement.
You also have the right to have your personal data deleted by us without unreasonable delay. You may only invoke this right to be forgotten in the following cases:
When the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was originally collected;
When the personal data was collected on the basis of consent obtained and there is no other legal basis for the processing;

Right to restriction of/objection to the processing of your personal data
During the period that Woodstoxx NV needs to verify the accuracy of the personal data, in the event of a dispute;

When Woodstoxx NV no longer needs the User's personal data for the processing purposes and the User needs the personal data in connection with a legal claim;

The User has the right to receive the personal data provided to Woodstoxx NV in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. In addition, the User has the right to transmit this data to another data controller when the processing of the personal data is based solely on the User’s consent.

Right to withdraw consent / Right to lodge a complaint
The User has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. In addition, the User has the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of their personal data by Woodstoxx NV with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
