Woodstoxx Return Policy – Care Shop
1. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
2. Conditions for returns
Returns are only permitted with the written consent of Woodstoxx. Consent is given subject to conditions and does not imply any acknowledgement of liability. Maintenance products must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. Products that have been opened, used or damaged cannot be accepted.
3. Return address and risk
All returned products travel at the buyer's risk and must be delivered carriage paid to our warehouse: Woodstoxx NV - Hogeweg 245 - 8930 Menen - Belgium
4. Return costs
If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
5. Processing of returns
After receiving and checking the returned product, Woodstoxx will process the refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
