Our sales team works closely with our internal and external project management to ensure that your case is handled and followed up smoothly. And our installation teams ensure a perfect finish on site.

Step 1

Appointment at our experience centre

You book an appointment at one of our experience centres in Antwerp, Brussels, Ghent or Menen where you can seek inspiration from the wide range of options. Our team will discuss your project with you and advise you on your choices.

Step 2

Pre-survey quotation

After your appointment, you will receive an preliminary offer from our sales team. We call this the pre-survey quotation. This quotation is prepared based on the plans and information you give us at the appointment. The pre-survey quotation gives you an initial estimate of the costs.

Step 3

Allocation of project management and survey

After confirming the pre-survey quotation, we assign an internal and external project manager to your project. The internal project manager makes sure your case is handled correctly internally; the external project manager guides your project on site. The next step? The external project manager visits the site for a survey.

Step 4

Post-survey quotation

Based on the exact situation of the site, a post-survey quotation is prepared. Don’t worry: if you provided the correct details before the survey, it will not be much different from the initial quote. The post-survey quotation is the final offer. If it is confirmed and signed, we will start work on your project.

Step 5

Ordering materials and advance invoice

You have confirmed the offer. It’s great that we are going to tackle this project together! Woodstoxx gets to work. All the materials required will be ordered.

Step 6

Planning and installation

Our external project manager will contact you to schedule a date for the installation works. On the agreed date our installation team will visit you to install your floor, cladding or deck. They take care of every last detail.

Step 7

Completion

Handover time! Congratulations, your new floor, cladding or deck is finished! Now it’s time to have some fun. Of course, we hope you are satisfied with the result. Any questions about maintenance or aftercare? No problem, you can always come back to us for that.
